Approximately 2kms from the beach.

Entrance hall leads to open plan sitting and dining room with open fire, TV and patio doors to a large covered terrace overlooking the pool, garden and golf course beyond. Compact kitchen Two twin bedrooms share a shower room with walk-in shower. Stairs up to the first floor and master double bedroom with en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and doors to partly-covered terrace with views over the golf course. Maid service 2 times per week. Air conditioning available at additional charge, if required.

The villa is in a peaceful location with great views of the golf course. There is no feeling of being overlooked. The pool and garden is well sized for 6 people. Easy parking and the local supermarket is well stocked and within walking distance.
