Casa da Criança is a magnificent villa commanding a privileged position on the hill side close to Santa Barbara de Nexe and enjoys spectacular country side views with the ocean in the background. There is the tennis court (not regulation size) at the high end of the property which also includes a basketball ring, a level lower there is Petanque and on the same level as the pool area there is the fully equipped games room, all areas are linked by pathways making it ideal for those less mobile to enjoy the beautiful grounds. The interior of the villa is traditionally styled and tastefully furnished  throughout, with a homely and cosy feel. There is well equipped country style kitchen and delightful open plan living dining area that leads out on to the covered terrace with ample seating and an excellent covered bbq area with circular dining table. This is a most beautiful spot to enjoy outdoor meals and create happy holiday memories. The ground floor also consists of a double bedroom with adjacent baby room, complete with wooden cot, baby dressing table, stair gate, highchair and toys- en suite bathroom and separate shower. From the Living room a staircase leads to the first floor where 3 more bedrooms and shower rooms are situated. 

Approximately 2.5kms from Santa Barbara de Nexe centre, 600m from mini market/café, 6 mins drive from train station, 35 mins drive from nearest beach at Quinta do Lago. The Uber network operates efficiently in the area, providing easy transportation to and from the villa and nearby resorts. The nearest beach is Faro Beach, located just 20 minutes away from the villa. This expansive sandy beach offers a range of restaurants with stunning views, either overlooking the Ria Formosa or directly facing the ocean. It's an ideal spot for families, with dedicated play areas to keep children entertained.

Double wrought iron entrance gates open up to cobblestone drive with ample parking. The villa’s entrance can be reached by the cobblestone drive or by crossing the pool area which lies a level higher, then 3 steps up to the lounge and barbecue terraces, from where the front door and kitchen door are reached. Barbecue terrace flows into kitchen terrace and has a separate cloakroom on the left. Fully equipped Kitchen with island and breakfast bar with 2 stools, ceramic electric hob, electric fan assisted oven with grill, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer etc. Off the kitchen to dining area with dining table and 4 chairs, 2 seater sofa and 40’’ TV and DVD player (this TV only plays dvd’s) which then flows into the main living room, 75’’ TV, blue tooth sound system playing both inside and outside (switchable), ceiling fans.
