How to book

There are two ways that you can book your villa, either online or via the telephone with a member of our reservations team.

If you would like to book online, please browse our website to check the availability and prices and once you have found your perfect villa, follow the online booking procedure. If you experience any difficulty booking your chosen villa online, please do not hesitate to call us on 01428 727277 and we will assist you where possible.

Alternatively, you may prefer to call our reservations team on 01428 727277 to check availability and confirm prices. Our reservations team have first-hand knowledge of all the properties and are available to help you choose the villa that is perfect for your holiday and provisionally hold a villa, for up to 24 hours, while you liaise with other members of your party and confirm any travel arrangements.

To confirm a booking, we require a 30% deposit. Your deposit payment can be made by cheque, debit or credit card. Please note Corporate/Business Debit/Credit card and International card payments carry a 2% surcharge. If any card is taken without the surcharge, this will to be charged retrospectively. For International cards please ask for bank transfer details.

In 2024, the city council for the Municipality of Lagoa (local authority) and Loulé Municipal Town Hall introduced a local tourist tax. This tax aligns with similar measures implemented by other popular tourist destinations worldwide to support the costs associated with tourism infrastructure and the maintenance of local amenities. The two council areas charging the local tourist tax, cover the villas in the following areas, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura, Loulé and surrounding areas, Carvoeiro, Porches and Alvor. The tax is charged per eligible individual and the number of nights charged for does vary depending on the area you are staying in. Typically, the charges are from the age of 13 years old at a rate of €2.00 per night for a maximum of 7 nights charged. Please ask for further details for confirmed regions, prices and villas upon booking. The tax will be paid locally, and the villa owner’s representative will coordinate with you locally to collect the tax charge that is relevant to your party size.Please see the Tourist Tax section in our 'Essential Information' on our website for further details.

We will send you a confirmation email by return - please check this carefully and let us know immediately of any errors or omissions. Your balance payment will be due 10 weeks prior to departure and this date will be clearly shown on your confirmation invoice.

Don't forget that you can call our customer services department on 01428 727277 at any time to:

  • Add additional services or facilities to your booking such as car hire, transfers
  • Make changes to your booking such as adding additional party members or advising us of a change to your details
  • Cancel your booking – please be aware that cancellation charges will apply as per our terms and conditions

 

How to choose the right villa for you

With villas varying considerably in price from one resort to another, it can be almost impossible to predict the exact quality of the villa you are renting by price alone, with some resorts commanding higher rents than others. With this in mind, and to help you make the perfect choice of villa to suit your requirements, we have graded our properties to give consistency throughout our programme making it easy for you to compare similar quality properties in different resorts with different prices. This grading system is based purely on our own experience and judgement and is not an 'official' grading system.

Diamond   Outstanding property in style, design or with exceptional features not normally found in a holiday home 

 

All of our properties are fully furnished and equipped. All have a hob, oven, iron, ironing board and fridge/freezer. Please refer to individual villa descriptions to see if your chosen villa has additional facilities, some of which may be at additional cost.
