The dining area can seat 8 people, and leads directly into the fully equipped, modern kitchen with integrated oven and microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, and breakfast table. There is a washing machine in the utility room, and a back door leads from the kitchen onto a covered terrace and barbecue area. A guest cloakroom is provided in the hallway, which leads down towards the only ground floor bedroom. This is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and French windows opening out onto a garden terrace overlooking the pool. Head up the marble staircase, and along the minstrel gallery overlooking the living area, to reach the further 3 bedrooms, 2 twins which share a bathroom, followed by the master bedroom, a double with an en suite shower room.
