Set on a double sized plot at the end of a quiet cul de sac in the desirable Quinta do Paraiso development, this substantial villa is perfect for those that do not wish to rely on a hire car whilst on holiday.  Exploring Carvoeiro by foot could not be any easier, situated just a 500m flat stroll from Monte Carvoeiro where there are a selection of restaurants, bars and cafes, both popular with locals and tourists, making for a very convenient location. The main town square and beach are also easily accessible by foot and about 10 mins walk away.  Casa do Frederick is deceptively spacious, with the pictures not quite capturing its size both inside and out as the pool is one of the largest we have seen at 16 metres in length with an even depth throughout, great for playing, swimming and relaxing.  There is plenty of room around the pool with comfortable seating and a delightful shaded dining terrace with direct access from the main living area.  All the rooms are spacious, bedrooms and bathrooms, so with even 8 people staying there is plenty of peace, privacy and comfort.  The new owners have already started making their mark with upgrades and general improvements with one new bathroom completed already and 3 new en suites to all the other bedrooms planned before the 2025 season starts.  (Please note at the time of photographing the 3 new bathrooms were not yet available to photograph and the new pictures will be updated in the spring)

Approximately 1 km from the beach and Carvoeiro centre with its wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops. The nearest restaurant is in the resort at a short 5 mins walk away as well as a small minimarket. The big supermarkets are at approximately 4 kms away. The well-known waterpark Slide & Splash is at 7 kms. Taxi/Uber service is easy and reasonably priced.

From pool terrace 1 step down on to surrounding terrace with sun loungers and then 2 steps up to terrace with pool shower, sun loungers, lounge seating, easy chairs and view over resort valley. From surrounding terrace to kitchen door/entrance and to staircase leading to roof terrace with nice all-surround views, including a lovely sea view. Maid service 3x per week.
