A small separate cottage is located at the entrance of the driveway where the main house laundry is done by the maid and may occasionally be occupied by the house keeper, however this does not impinge on the privacy of the main house.
PLEASE NOTE : For 2025, we are offering a reduced price due to the ongoing construction of a new villa on a neighbouring plot, approximately 150 meters away. The construction began in June 2023, and the main structure and pool are now complete, and the most disruptive phase finished. However, there may still be some unforeseen disturbances that we cannot predict hence the reduction in price. Please ask for further information, conditions and updates prior to booking.
