Cobblestone driveway with ample parking leads to the main entrance. Large split-level entrance hall with utility room on the left. One step down in front, two sets of double glass panelled doors open up to the living room with open fireplace, TV, Wi-Fi, DVD and CD player, comfortable sofas and easy chairs. Patio doors to large covered terrace. Living room flows into dining area, flows into kitchen with breakfast island, 4-ring gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 fridges and a freezer, toaster, kettle and air conditioning, door to kitchen patio.
